At EJ Dental, we have proudly provided comprehensive dental care services, including treatments, healthcare, and dental hygiene services, since 1996. With over 28 years of experience as a highly skilled dental professional, Dr. Elvia Juarez founded our practice in the Coachella Valley with a focus on delivering exceptional and personalized care to our patients.
Together with her partner, Juan Carlos Guardado, our team strives to create a warm and welcoming environment that caters to patients of all ages. We understand the importance of a confident and beautiful smile, which is why we specialize in restoring and enhancing our patients’ natural smiles.

Dr. Elvia Juarez
Dr. Juarez, born in 1961 in Irapuato, Mexico, discovered her passion for dentistry early in life. After earning her dental degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in 1988, she embarked on a journey that would lead her to make a significant impact in the field.
Driven by a passion for family-oriented care, Dr. Juarez opened her first dental practice in North Hollywood, California, in 1995. Her commitment to creating a welcoming environment for patients was clear from the start.
In 1996, inspired by a close friend working as a registered dental assistant in Coachella Valley, Dr. Juarez expanded her vision. She saw a need for reliable, bilingual dental care in the community and founded EJ Dental & Orthodontics in Indio. This marked the beginning of her mission to provide exceptional dental care to families throughout the Coachella Valley.
Dr. Juarez excels in General Dentistry, specializing in oral surgery, cosmetic fillings, veneers, crown and bridge work, and root canal therapy. Her goal is not only to maintain dental health but also to give her patients the confidence of a beautiful smile.
Dr. Abe
Dr. Juanito “Abe” Pangilinan, a dedicated and compassionate dentist, earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the prestigious Centro Escolar University Philippines. With a commitment to excellence, he has been practicing for over 35 years, specializing in preventive and cosmetic dentistry. Driven by a passion for creating healthy smiles, he continues to stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology. Dr. Abe’s warm demeanor and patient-centered approach make him a trusted oral healthcare provider in the community.”
Dr. Dennis Pham
Dr. Pham takes pride in his academic achievements, having successfully completed his dental education at NYU College of Dentistry and pursued postdoctoral studies at Roseman University. He holds the esteemed combination of a dual D.D.S and M.B.A degree, and he is on the path to board certification as an orthodontist.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Jany was born and raised in Syria. After having her first cleaning in the USA, she felt very interested in learning about a dental hygienist. After completing her prerequisite classes, she attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene (RDH, BS). She has been practicing as a Dental Hygienist for over a year now. Jany considers the comfort and health of her patients her first priority while focusing on preventive Dental therapy. After work and in her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, engaging in fun activities together.

Nancy Mandujano graduated from Loma Linda University in 2017, earning the title of Registered Dental Hygienist. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Nancy has held various roles, ranging from back-office responsibilities to managerial positions. Her unwavering commitment is to assist every patient in attaining optimal oral health, a goal she passionately pursues.
Hailing from Guanajuato, Mexico, Nancy has found her second home in Coachella Valley. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in dancing, singing, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing precious moments with her beautiful family. Nancy’s dedication to her patients and her love for building enduring relationships are at the heart of her career in dental hygiene.

My name is Emmanuel Esparza and i am a Registered Dental Assistant In Extended Funtions II(RDAEFII) in the Province of Indio, California. I came to California as a student to work and gain experiance of the dental practice.I have receive my dental training in one of the RDAEF programs EFDAA Located in Orange County. I’ve been in the dental field since 2019 and started practicing as an RDAEFII in 2023.
I aspire to be an excelent RDAEFII, my motivation is to continuously improve, learn new skills, and strengthen existing ones.
